What is the correct way to reach support department in urgent situations?

exclusively for our active clients with a valid Uint Nexo ID and an active cooperation agreement. Typical response time: 5 - 20 minutes.

Can i contact the company's support team outside of business hours?

Yes, you can contact our support team at any time. However, our official business hours apply only to the provision of formal services.
We strive to provide support 24/7. However, please note that outside of business hours, responses to non-clients are not guaranteed.

How does the Uint Nexo ID relate to the cooperation agreement?

The Uint Nexo ID is a unique digital code assigned to each partner. ID remains unchanged in the event of cooperation agreement renewal.
The ID is exclusively linked to the current active agreement and represents the maximum level of confidential information.
